Initial assessment

You may submit your resume using this web site. If you provide your email address, you will receive a confirmation note that we have received your resume. Human Resources staff at Sandoz reviews all submitted resumes and contacts individuals that we believe are potentially most qualified for open positions. Typically, that contact will result in an interview, either via telephone or in-person.

The interview process

Generally, during the interview process, you interview with a representative of Human Resources who further assesses your skills and qualifications, describes in more detail the hiring process, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions to learn more about Sandoz's career opportunities, culture, benefits plan, etc. Further interviews may be scheduled with hiring managers based on the initial assessment and interview results.

Following the interview process

Hiring team members will meet to discuss your qualifications for the open position(s). Once the hiring team reaches a decision, Sandoz will advise you of the outcome of the interview process within the shortest possible time. Candidates still under consideration for an offer of employment at this point in the process, will be contacted to provide references, and may be asked to provide additional information to further assess qualifications. Additionally, if you are being considered for an offer of employment, you will be contacted to schedule a drug screen test, and for some positions a physical exam. For all positions, Sandoz initiates a thorough background check of applicants that have been offered a position. All offers of employment are conditioned on and subject to the successful results of these tests and background checks.
