July 21, 2005 – Day One – Integration Closing, Eon Labs becomes Sandoz!
July 21, 2005 – Sales Meeting.
August 27-31, 2005 – NACDS conference – Come visit us at Booth #s 1234 & 2334!
October 1, 2005 – Systems integration complete.
Ordering – All orders for both Eon Labs and Sandoz products may be purchased through the normal Sandoz procedures (EDI and fax).
Ordering Controlled items – Please begin to order controlled substances for both Sandoz and Eon Labs products through normal Sandoz procedures.
Invoicing – Details to follow from our Finance group
Chargebacks – All Sandoz and Eon Labs chargebacks will be processed by Sandoz.
Rebate Payments - All Sandoz and Eon Labs rebate payments will be processed by Sandoz.
Lockbox Payments – Details to follow from our Finance group
EFT – Customers who currently pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for Sandoz product should insure their Eon Labs product invoice payments are sent to the Sandoz EFT address.
Credits – Credits for Eon Labs products will be processed by Sandoz.
Returns – Beginning Oct. 1, 2005, all product returns should be submitted to Capital Returns at the following address:
